Five week Fitness Challange

This term the middles are doing a fitness program. First we had to get a paper and
it had some activities the first activities was wall sit. I did it for five minutes.
The second activity was push ups I did 11 push ups. Then we did burpees and I did 22. I have set goals that I want to achieve by the end of the 5 week challenge.
